Deadline: Registration opens Sundays evening and closes Tuesday at midnight.

For safety reasons, and to comply with Coach to Athlete ratio, athletes not registered will be sent back to their parents.

Lead Coaches will send gear and specific details closer to the date by Team Pages.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent via email to accounting@wmsc.info. and copy your lead coach
Fees will be credited to Racer Accounts and will be given when requested in advanced as follows:
0 to 24 hours 0%
24 – 48 hours 50%
48 – 72 hours 75%
Over 72 hours 100%
