Happy Spring Everyone>

Just a quick update with some upcoming programming.

Regular Strength training will begin at the Club Gym every Tuesday and Thursday at 4PM. Starts June 13.

Strength training workouts will start Wednesdays at Level 10 in North Van, June 21, at 4PM.

Next Saturday June 17, Fitness Testing at the Whistler Racquet Club 8AM.

Sunday June 18, Team activity and Hike details TBD.

Important Other Events.
July Dryland Camps; Camp 1 July 3-7, Camp 2 July 17-21.
Mount Hood Camp, August 7-19, Registration is open on the website.
