Weekly dryland schedule
Hello U16 Team,
A reminder for this week’s dryland program:
Monday (Today) – 4pm to 5:30pm WMSC gym, weight lifting
*Tuesday* - 4pm to 5:30pm @ lower Myrtle Philip school, field workout
*Wednesday in North Vancouver* - 5:30pm to 7pm - Field workout, Westview elementary
*Wednesday in Whistler* - TAG cycling class, 4:00pm to 5:30pm. *please contact Henry if you will join - henry

Thursday – Yoga/core/stretching. Come in person or online through this link
Saturday – Morning weight session, 10am to noon @ WMSC club cabin. Sport Saturday afternoon 2pm to 4pm.
If you can’t make it in person, please find attached our weight workouts that can be alternated and done for the next few weeks. All details can also be found in the calendar.
