Dear WMSC Parents and Alumni,

As the Whistler Mountain Ski Club is starting to host events again after a 2-year hiatus, we are looking to rebuild our volunteer base and ensure that we can again host races, socials, fundraisers, the SWAP and many other events at the standard we are all used to.

We want to hear from you on where your interests and abilities can best be put to use. Please complete the attached survey and tell us about yourselves. It will take you less than 10 minutes. We are asking each parent (not just each family) to complete the survey so we get an understanding of the entire community.

Please respond by Sunday January 15th.

Volunteers Needed | U16 (Jan 15-16) and U14 (Jan 22-23) Coast Zone Teck Races

Thank you to those of you that have already volunteered for the upcoming U14 and U16 races. If you have not heard back from us regarding your roles – you will shortly!

But we still have many positions to fill to make both these races a success. Please email volunteers@wmsc.info to secure your position. And remember, you don’t need an athlete in these races to volunteer. As we look to host our first races in a long time, we need the support of the entire club to make these races a success. If you do have an athlete in the race, we do need you to volunteer for both days of the race if you can.

We need all of you to make these races happen.

Please expect a WMSC Volunteer survey coming up this weekend!

WB Waivers MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING

Only the families that we have emailed need to complete this process. Please remember to complete the waiver for both parents and all athletes registered to WMSC winter programs. If you didn’t receive this email, you are all set .
