Annual Ski Swap Details

Selling Equipment

We welcome all Alpine Race equipment in Used-Good (or better) condition. You are welcome to sell alpine ski equipment that is not racing-related however the majority of shoppers are looking for skis, boots, poles and protective equipment for their young alpine ski racers.

We will accept protective equipment, base layers and mid layers in near-new condition. No helmets with visible damage, please. WMSC branded clothing is accepted, however we cannot accept Whistler Cup branded gear.

Soft goods will be accepted providing that are listed for sale at a minimum of $25. No socks please!

All items for sale sold need to be entered into the form above and dropped off at WMSC during the following dates/times:

• Saturday October 3 between 10am - 2pm

• Thursday October 8 between 2pm - 5pm

• Friday October 9 between 3pm - 7pm

Please note, items will not be accepted for sale on the day of. Pick up of all unsold items must be done at 3pm or 4pm on Saturday October 10th. Any items not picked up will be donated.

12pm - 3pm : BBQ Lunch Fundraiser

3pm - 3.15pm : Unsold equipment pick up for items not in final-hour sale.

3pm - 4pm : Final-hour sale (15% off marked price of all items)

4pm - 4.30pm : Unsold equipment pick up (any equipment not picked up will be graciously accepted as a donation to the club)

4.30pm - 6pm : Volunteer Appreciation Après (WMSC Members only)

Payouts will be processed in the week following the swap via the method chosen in the registration form. All sales are subject to a 30% commission to WMSC. We thank you for your support,
