Fitness Testing |21st October

The 10th Alpine Athletic Champion u16 Challenge |Sunday 30th October
The 10th Annual U16 Alpine Athletic Challenge is on again in North Vancouver!
We encourage as many of our u16 Members as possible to attend this fun event, filled with different athletic activities and challenges!
(there are lots of awesome prizes to be won also)
Where: Brooksbank Elementary School, North Vancouver, BC
When: 30th October – 9:40 registration opens
Cost: NONE

Sports! Saturdays | 10 am to 12 pm at Myrtle Philip school, lower fields
• This event is free of charge and available to all teams from U12s to FIS. Please come prepare with proper outdoor sporting attire, water, and snacks.
• No Sports Saturday 8th October

U16 Fall Fitness |
• Mondays weight session & Wednesdays Plyo/agility @ Club Cabin Gym with Jeremy. 4:15pm to 5:45pm
• Wednesdays in North Vancouver @Westview Elementary – 5:30pm-7:00pm.
• Thursdays afternoon, second year U16 athletes with the FIS team @ WMSC gym 4:15pm- 6:15pm
• Fridays morning, second year U16 athletes with the FIS team @WSS field 7:00am-8:00am
