Sun Peaks Pre-Season Camp
I emailed families attending the pre-season camp this week with details and logistics about the camp. If you haven’t received my Team Pages message, see the document attached for all the details. Please remember to get back to me regarding the 3 “Action Items” – thanks!

Action Items:

1. Let me know if you are not yet part of the U14 Coaches Updates WhatsApp Group

3. Let me know if you oppose to an activity with a small cost on our day off snow

Marking your Attendance – IMPORTANT
Thank you to all who have been marking attendance. If you are running into any challenges, let me know and I may be able to help on my end. Please remember that athletes should mark attendance on regular training days as well, not only the following events.

Please mark your attendance on Team Pages for the following coach-led races if your athlete is planning on attending.
• Mt Washington Zone Race (coach-led) – January 20th-22nd
• Big White Ski Cross (parent-led) – March 9th-12th
• Revelstoke Provincials (coach-led) – March 30th-April 2nd

On top of being a great way to develop accountability for the athletes, marking attendance helps us immensely in planning and staying on top of budgeting/staffing.

How to mark your attendance?
1. From our website, log in to Team Pages.
2. Programs > U14 Program > Calendar > Select the Session > Scroll down to Attendance
3. Athletes (Players) and Parents can both mark their attendance.

Individual Family Meetings
If you haven’t had the chance to book an individual family meeting, stay tuned for the coming weekly updates as I will open up more time slots on SignUp.com once the team returns from Sun Peaks.

U14 Fridge Calendar
The fridge calendar is now available on Team Pages. Please note that you have to follow these steps to find it as it’s hiding under a few layers (currently working on making it more accessible):
Programs > U14 Program > Teams > U14 Program (yes, again) > Scroll down to the Documents section.

Team Pages App
Our Team Pages App is up and running and has outlines all events happening in our U14 Division Calendar. We ask that each athlete get into the habit of using the attendance feature to indicate whether they will be attending events.

This is our hub, and all information will flow through this platform for the duration of the season. Events will be updated as our plans change, so please do your best to check all events before showing up; ensuring you have the right gear for a successful session!

KEY DATES
• November 18th-27th – U14 Sun Peaks pre-season ski camp
• December 8th – Opening programming week
• December 17th – Ski Tuning Session with Chris from Sidecut (5:45pm-6:45pm at the Club Cabin)
• December 19th-21st – Holiday Camp 1 (no registration required, included in the program)
• December 27th-30th – Holiday Camp 2 (no registration required, included in the program)
• December 31st – Club Race
