2020-2021 WMSC Season Kick Off

WMSC Registered Athletes won’t need to make reservations to access WB

We just have been informed that our registered WMSC Athletes will not need reservations to access WB Mountain. This is tremendous news and we thank our partners at Whistler Blackcomb for making this happen!

This only apply to WMSC Athletes, the rest of the family members will be required to participate in the reservation system which opens tomorrow November 6th.

The Club Cabin is still closed to Parents, Friends and the Public. We ask that all your inquiries are done by email or phone. Approved visitors and contractors must complete a health check, wear a mask and sanitize their hands

We received news from our partners at Helly Hansen and all systems indicate that the new Team Uniforms will arrive on time as estimated First week of December.

Unfortunately they won’t be here before the Panorama Pre-Season Camp.

Pursuant to By-Law 9.8, members may vote by proxy. Members wishing to vote by proxy must complete the Proxy Form and return it to the Club office at least 48 hours prior to the AGM. Members are urged to either attend the meeting or return their completed proxies to ensure a quorum (10% of eligible members) is present at the meeting. Non-receipt by any member of any notice through error or omission will not invalidate the proceedings of any general meeting.
