New Timing Volunteers

The Club is actively seeking 3-4 parents of U12 athletes to join us in developing the next generation of timing team members. No prior timing experience is necessary – we are looking for individuals who are keen to learn. You will have the invaluable opportunity to be mentored by the highly experienced Henry Voss, working out of our state-of-the-art timing hut located at the base of the race area.

As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in the nerve center of every race hosted by WMSC. We welcome anyone with a curious technical mind to become part of this exciting venture. Your involvement will not only contribute to the success of our races but also provide a unique and rewarding experience. Join us in shaping the future of our timing team!

You can reach out to WMSC Volunteering to express your interest.

24-25 WMSC HH Team Uniforms | pre-order deadline Sunday, Jan 28

Great News!
We are thrilled to confirm that all registered athletes for the 2024/25 season will be receiving a WMSC team jacket at no cost!

We understand that life can get busy, so we’ve extended the pre-order deadline to this Sunday, January 28. This gives you a few extra days to finalize your order for the stylish and functional jackets for the next season. We will have samples at the Club Cabin on Friday and Saturday if you would you like to stop by to try on between 2 and 4:30 pm.

The next season’s jacket is an insulated puffy jacket, designed to keep you warm. We highly recommend adding the rain jacket optional item to your order for additional protection. This combination ensures you’re ready for various weather conditions.

Please note that the Club will not be carrying any inventory of the uniform or optional items. We encourage you to spend some time with your racer to carefully decide what you’ll need for the upcoming season. This way, you can place your order with confidence, knowing that you’ll have everything required for a successful season.
