3. To receive the Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2020;
4. To appoint Auditors for the current fiscal year;

6. To elect directors for 2020/2021; and
7. Other business

• Independent by reason of not having children in Club programs.

If at the AGM the number of nominees equals or is less than the number of vacancies, then the nominees for Director will be acclaimed. If at the AGM the number of nominees exceeds the number of vacancies, there will be an election and the nominees will be ranked in order of votes received; the nominees receiving the most votes will be elected fill the vacancies and to serve for a term of two years.

Pursuant to By-Law 9.8, members may vote by proxy. Members wishing to vote by proxy must complete the Proxy Form and return it to the Club office at least 48 hours prior to the AGM. Members are urged to either attend the meeting or return their completed proxies to ensure a quorum (10% of eligible members) is present at the meeting. Non-receipt by any member of any notice through error or omission will not invalidate the proceedings of any general meeting.

Panorama Pre-Season Camp | U14-U18/U21 | November 14-29

Our annual pre-season Camp is open for registration. Please contact your Lead Coach for information regarding these trips.

To book accommodation, please contact Christine Cogger, Event Coordinator at christine@wmsc.info.

To attend the pre-season camp, all athletes must be registered to a 2020-2021 Winter Program and the program fees must be paid in full.

2020-2021 Program Fees and Donations to BCASF are now ready for online payment | Both due November 15th.

If you are planning to make a donation to the Developing Champions Fund (BCASF) through Sport BC, please contact the office at blanca@wmsc.info prior to making any payment on the WMSC Active Online Account.

If you are not making a donation, please sign in to your Active Online Registration Account to review your Athlete(s) Program registration and to settle your account.

We have extended the Fall Fitness Activities for each Age Category until November 6th. The registration will open every Friday by 9 am and close the day prior to each activity by 5 pm.

All our WMSC athletes registered to the 2020-2021 Season are eligible to purchase a Sea to Sky Passes regardless of not being enrolled in any schools in the Sea to Sky Corridor.

• The Sea to Sky Pass allows you to ski from opening day to Closing day

• In summer 2021, get hiking and sightseeing access to the 360 Experience

• Dates and prices are subject to change. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Returning Pass Holders

1. WMSC Athletes who had a Sea2Sky Pass last winter can purchase by calling 1-800-766-0440 or by visiting Guest Services.

WB Guest Services is dealing with a higher number of requests and may take longer to reply to your emails and calls. Please be patient with our Partners.

A massive shout out to all those that volunteered for the Swap last weekend. It was fantastic to see everyone out and about after being away from the club for so long. Volunteerism is at the core of all we do here at WMSC. The Swap, attended by both Members and Alumni, was a terrific success and we are very grateful to our venue host, The Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Can’t wait until next year when hopefully we can open back up to the public and continue this tremendous fundraising event!
