Our program opening weekend is around the corner and our coaching staff is beyond excited to get the season underway!

Weekly Updates
Your weekly updates will now be sent Wednesday afternoons for the upcoming Thursday to Sunday block. The Wednesday lead coaches’ meeting will allow us to review each age group’s training plan and lane space. Please read these updates thoroughly as they will include training plans, meeting times, required equipment, and other details/reminders athletes must know.

This week’s update will be sent on Wednesday, December 7th.

Attendance
Please continue to mark attendance on Team Pages, even for regular scheduled training days as it helps us in planning, staffing, and groupings.

How to mark your attendance?
1. From our website, log in to Team Pages.
2. Programs > U14 Program > Calendar > Select the Session > Scroll down to Attendance
3. Athletes (Players) and Parents can both mark their attendance.

Extra Training Days
To register for extra training days, please contact Blanca at the office at blanca@wmsc.info.

WhatsApp Groups
If you are not part of the U14 Coach Update WhatsApp group, please email me at chloe@wmsc.info and I will send you the link to join.

This group will be used for coaches to send updates and reminders.

U14 Social
Join us for a U14 Parent Social on Monday, December 19th at the Club Cabin from 4pm-6pm.

Tuning Session
We have had to reschedule the Sidecut tuning session originally scheduled for December 18th. Stay tuned for the new date that will be announced via weekly updates shortly.
