Hello U12!

Thank you to those of you able to attend the weekends safe sport sessions with Alison Forsyth. Our next event is now the Sun Peaks Pre-Season camp!

Please note I will be away from November 11th-19th. If you would like to speak before then feel free to call or email.

Marking your Attendance – IMPORTANT
Please mark your attendance on Team Pages for the following races and events. If you do not know yet please leave the mark as no response for the time being. We will be sending out registrations for races 1-2 months out.

• Home Kick Off Camp – Friday, December 9th (accessible to weekend and core programs)
• Sasquatch Cup – February 4th
• Tyee Cup, Grouse – February 25th-26th
• Big White Ski Cross – March 10th-12th
• Nancy Greene Festival – March 24th-25th

On top of being a great way to develop accountability for the athletes, marking attendance helps us immensely in planning and staying on top of budgeting/staffing.

How to mark your attendance?
1. From our website, log in to Team Pages.
2. Programs > U12 Program > Calendar > Select the Session > Scroll down to Attendance
3. Athletes (Players) and Parents can both mark their attendance. It is the athletes that we need to know.
