This Week at the Club
It’s been a busy few weeks in and around the Club!
Ski Swap Success
Thank you to those that brought gear to sell, those who shopped and the wonderful volunteers that supported before, during and after the Swap. It was great to have some new members to the Club get involved assisting running our first event of the season, and lovely to see you all in person.
Special thanks to Blackcomb Liquor for providing beverages for the Volunteer Appreciation Apres, Whistler Blackcomb for providing the ski racks, Tory & Tourism Whistler for sharing their clothing racks.
Any remaining items that were not collected after the Swap, or arrangements made to collect them after, have been donated. We thank you for your generosity and support.
U16/FIS Long Weekend Camp
10 athletes spent the long weekend at the Whistler Athletes Centre for indoor and outdoor training including some quality underground time rollerblading. Big thanks to Drew for leading that crew!
AGM and Fitness Testing
We had huge turnout for the Athlete Fitness testing with over 120 athletes in attendance! This was the first time we’ve executed the testing in one location and for more athletes than ever before.

Sea to Sky Pass
In order to purchase a Sea to Sky Student Pass through your competitive club eligibility, as the member athlete’s parent or guardian, you must follow the steps below:
Update your online account with a valid credit card
Read Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions * below and on line
Forward an Email wbpassadmin@vailresorts.com providing the member athlete’s full name and date of birth. This transaction is not possible over the phone or in person.
When sending an email, please ensure the purchaser indicates acceptance of Terms & Conditions as below.
Confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card on account.
72 hours notice is required in order to ensure the rates above are still available.

Completion of Registration - Signing Club Policies
After registering for a program, you will receive an email per athlete with a link to complete the policy package through Jotform. If you have not received this, you can complete the form regardless using this link.
Once completed, you will receive a PDF copy for your records.

26/27 WMSC Uniforms
Our Club uniform piece has been ordered for the 26/27 season. Parents do not need to submit an order or request for sizes. We typically receive the order in late November and will advise when uniforms will be available for pick up. We did not place an additional order for Helly Hansen gear this year. We are working on a Club discount code to use in the Winter however it is NOT currently in place.
This year we have a softshell training jacket for all U10-FIS, and Full program Masters athletes, included as part of your program registration. Any additional jackets remaining after these athletes have collected theirs, will be available for purchase for the Fast Fridays and Masters 10 day Athletes.
We have some team jackets from previous years that will be for sale at uniform pick up. We have very few additional WMSC branded logo wear that will also be for sale.
Active Racer Platform - Credit Card - Please Read
Credit Card on File Now Required
We have recently updated our policy in relation to Active Racer Accounts.
A valid credit card on file will serve as the default payment method for any outstanding balance (e.g., trip reconciliations adjustments). If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days past its due date, WMSC will process payment using the card on file. Members will be notified in advance before any such charge occurs.
