J4 (9 - 10 years)
Extended Training With The Whistler Mountain Ski Club! - Thursday and Friday Training throughout the season!
The J4 Program, run by the Whistler-Blackcomb Ski School, is a great way for your children to further develop the skills they have learned in the previous programs while working with highly qualified Coaches and Instructors. If your children's interests are towards more Racing Skills, the J4 Program focuses part of their time on this area. The program includes 3-4 Team Races as well as our annual Enchanted Forest Giant Slalom. The main focus of all the program is FUN, FUN, FUN! Participants in the J4 Super Program must be members of the Whistler Mountain Ski Club. As members of the ski club / volunteer parent co-ordinators will keep you up to date on all club functions-potlucks, fundraisers, social events dryland and races. J4 supers are invited to join the club in the summer camps which run throughout the summer and fall. They will also have an opportunity to ski with the K1's (11 & 12 year old club racers) on a few special occasions. Each March you will also have an opportunity to order club uniforms.
